In my signature coaching programmes I offer you hypnotherapy to find the deep seated causes of unwelcome or negative thought patterns. This helps you make positive changes quickly and easily.  I will mentor you to change unwanted habits, using positive psychology intervention through coaching and support sessions.

I am a clinical hypnotherapist and positive mindset coach with extensive life and business experience. I help and support people like you to face challenging times.

I am privileged to work with many people who want to achieve growth and satisfaction, heal relationships  face fears or deal with past trauma in their lives..

It can sometimes be difficult trying to find the solutions to YOUR life’s current problems. I am here to help.

How we can work together

Here are three sample packages available to help you. These packages can be extended for ongoing coaching or mentoring.

The minimum programme for hypnotherapy and positive psychology coaching is 28 days, to allow time to overwrite habitual negative thinking and habits.

In each case we start with a ‘Discovery Call’  conversation of 15 minutes to check if and how I can help you with the issue you wish to address.

CHOOSE THE TOOL TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM:

Hypnotherapy & Positive Psychology

After an initial Zoom or personal consultation to establish the parameters which will work best for you, we set up a Rapid Transformational Therapy™ session. 

This fast-acting hypnotherapy protocol can quickly elicit the deep-seated reasons behind your current habits. It is an effective and comfortable therapy preparing the groundwork  for change to happen. 

We proceed to a second hypnotherapy session and a mix of therapies chosen to help you reframe, refresh and rewire your thinking and habits. This  package includes a total of 4 sessions including hypnotherapy, mentoring and positive psychology.

A personalised recording is created for you to instil new thought patterns and beliefs over the next 21 days. 

In all, this is conducted over a period of 28 days.

1:1 PERSONAL COACHING

Zoom oR IN-PERSON

We begin with a free  Discovery Call after which you complete a detailed questionnaire covering your particular situation or challenge – whether personal or business.

We discuss the areas of concern – wherever you feel you need help. No problem is too small.

Together we agree how I can help you get the best outcome.  

This coaching and support programme over 21 days includes two separate in-person or Zoom 60-minute coaching sessions of  positive psychology strategies, guidance, wellness and mindfulness tips,

I summarise a plan for you to follow going forward and check up with you regularly to know how you are progressing.

If required a 3 month package of coaching and support can be tailored to your requirements.

Personalised audio RecordingS

After a 30 minute phone consultation a personalised meditation is created to help you with a particular challenge. This first  recording embraces Jon Kabat Zinn’s mindfulness-based stress reduction theories.

It is created specifically for you after you have shared a detailed explanation of the situation and what you want for your future. 

The beneficial messages can be listened to frequently to help bring about a change of mindset and a willingness for positive change.

I incorporate your goals into the dialogue, using creative visualisation and relaxation methods.At the end of 28 days an updated recording is created.
